Refund & Return Policy

At Phoolova, each product is handcrafted with care and quality-checked before dispatch.

Returns
We accept returns only in case of:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

To request a return, customers must:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video and product photos as proof

Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Not altered or worn

Customised and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
